See what the Minister of National Economy says in front of and behind the cameras
Kostis Hatzidakis mentions the initiatives of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance to reduce procurement by 50% via POS, with his video on tik tok.
Specifically in the video, he states:
We are legislating – and we will do so immediately – the reduction by 50% of commissions via POS for businesses (taxi, kiosks, etc.) that do transactions basically up to 10 euros.
“But is that enough?” some say.
Well, no matter how you measure it, it’s a step forward.
And he’s not alone.
Because this initiative will work in parallel with the IRIS direct payment system, based on which businesses give much, much lower fees compared to what they pay through POS.
Both have progressed with this Government.
Put any label you want!
I know that they are two very positive initiatives!
BEHIND THE SCENES
You don’t turn off this light from me either, is it…
(Making a tie)
(fuss) Tell them, my child, don’t torture me.
Watch the video:
@kostis_hatzidakis We are immediately legislating a 50% reduction in POS fees for businesses doing transactions basically up to 10 euros. This initiative works alongside the IRIS direct payment system, which means zero fees for citizens and much lower fees for professionals. Both of these very positive initiatives have gone ahead with this government! #tiktokgreece #fypgreece #ellada #greece #politiki #neadimokratia ♬ original sound – Kostis Hatzidakis
