Share prices closed with a slight increase in the last session before the Easter holidays. Intra-sessionally, it tried to move to new 13-year highs, reaching up to the levels of 1,460 units. At the center of investment interest was the share of Ethniki.

The General Price Index closed at 1,452.24 points, marking an increase of 0.26%.

Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,460.29 units (+0.82%).

The value of the transactions amounted to 122.89 million euros, while 26,899,717 shares were traded.

The large-cap index rose 0.31%, while the mid-cap index fell 0.20%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Ethniki (+3.31%), Coca Cola HBC (+1.45%) and EYDAP (+1.40%).

On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of OTE (-1.54%), Titan (-1.51%) and GEK TERNA (-1.19%).

Eurobank and Alpha Bank presented the largest volume of transactions, trading 8,746,825 and 5,695,487 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by Eurobank with 17.74 million euros and Piraeus with 14.04 million euros.

48 stocks moved up, 63 fell and 15 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Optronics +9.92% and ELBE +6.28%.

The biggest drop was recorded by the shares: Frigoglass -9.70% and Minerva -5.47%.
