According to the business plan of AADE, for the whole of this year, the collection of revenues of 65.01 billion euros is sought.
The summer inspections of the AADE will be carried out in three axes, which will cover, apart from the tourist areas and the resorts, the entire territory.
Essentially, as reported by the APE-MPE information, last year’s control model, which was deemed particularly successful, will be significantly strengthened.
The three main features, according to the same information, are as follows:
- Capacity: This means full controls in a city or region by controllers of other cities or regions. For example, auditors from Serres will go to Crete, where they will be unknown.
- Circularity: In other words, all AADE services participate in the audits, as follows: Initially, businesses e.g. of Santorini will be “visited” by auditors from the island. They are not necessarily required to find wrongdoing, but a record of the conduct is sufficient. “The locals will calm down like this, considering that the checks are over,” says an AADE executive who has participated in similar checks to APE-MBE. Afterwards, inspectors from another region of the country will go to the island. And finally, the auditors of the Public Revenue Audit and Assurance Service (YEDDE) take on a role. They will be given the data collected from the previous two cases and the checks will now be targeted.
- MyData: Here there will be a continuous comparison of this year’s transaction activity with last year’s and the resulting data will be forwarded to the relevant services for corresponding targeted checks. At the same time, the algorithm will “scan” everything related to the assets of the auditee, such as deposits, real estate, etc.
“Of course, there will be preventive checks on the streets of the cities, on the islands and elsewhere, but MyData will “see” the whole of Greece”, characteristically emphasize the executives of AADE.
According to the business plan of AADE, for the whole of this year, the collection of revenues of 65.01 billion euros is sought.
In this context, among other things, 10,000 checks will be carried out using crossing and deviation data (POS, MyData), 2,555 targeted checks, 6,345 targeted prioritized checks, 3,000 checks following information bulletins and information reports from the PES, 1,600 emergency and cross checks , at least 42,000 partial preventive on-site checks by the DOU, the ELKE and the YEDDE, in targeted geographical areas, or business sectors, or in targeted TINs of businesses or businesses, and in areas of business activity that present increased risks of tax evasion and fraud.
