THE LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA announced to the Stock Exchange that on 14.06.2024 it proceeded to sell its own shares that the Company owns, to the company under the name ZEPKO ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED (the “ZEPKO”), interests of the family of Mr. George Prokopiou.

LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA (“Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, each as applicable, informs the investing public that on 14.06.2024 it proceeded with the sale of its own shares held by the Company of, in the company named ZEPKO ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED (the “ZEPKO”), interests of the family of Mr. Georgios Prokopios.
This sale is part of a wider strategic collaboration between the two parties, which includes the development of an educational institution with an International Curriculum and further developments for residential and office spaces within the Hellinikon project, with a total permitted building area of 86,000 sq.m. The deal is expected to be completed within the next month.
In particular, the Company sold 3,534,734 treasury shares, corresponding to 2.0% of the Company’s total shares and voting rights at a sale price of €7.10 per share, through an over-the-counter (OTC) transaction.
