Stock prices are trending higher, amid an upward movement in European markets, following yesterday’s upward reaction on Wall Street.
The General Price Index at 15:15, stands at 1,385.97 points, increasing by 1.33%.
Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,392.58 units (+1.81%).
The value of the transactions amounts to 57.65 million euros.
The large-cap index is up 1.38%, while the mid-cap index is up 2.22%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Aegean (+3.97%), OPAP (+3.45%), Piraeus (+3.44%) and Ellactor (+2.97%) ).
On the contrary, the biggest fall was registered by the shares of OTE (-1.42%) and Coca Cola HBC (-0.57%).
Piraeus and Alpha Bank show the largest volume of transactions with 2,449,371 and 2,391,655 shares, respectively.
Piraeus with 9.05 million euros and Ethniki with 6.23 million euros have the highest transaction value.
93 stocks move up, 23 down and 12 remain stable.
The biggest increase was registered by the shares: Bitros +6.35% and Ilyda +5.77%.
The biggest drop was recorded by the shares: Vioter -9.38% and Tria ‘Alfa (k) -8.93%.
