METLEN Energy & Metals (“METLEN”) invites new and recent polytechnic graduates to the 8th round of the program Engineers in Action – a paid internship program that is now an institution, offering unique opportunities to gain practical experience in real employment conditions.

Engineers in Action started in 2014 and immediately became a benchmark. The participants emphasize that they had the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge and skills through their participation in real projects in the fields of energy, metallurgy, and infrastructure.

Participation conditions:

The program is aimed at recent Engineering graduates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. In addition, conditions are:

  • Strong academic background as an engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Information Technology or related fields)
  • Possibility of relocation to regions of Greece where METLEN operates: Athens, Thessaloniki, Agios Nikolaos Boiotias, Corinth (METLEN industrial facilities)
  • Completed military service, for male applicants
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English
