The lowest price was in Ag. Stefano with 1,679 euros per sq.m. and the most expensive was in P. Psychiko with 5,480 euros per sq.m. The areas with the lowest prices in the Northern Suburbs are Ag. Stefanos, Kryoneri, Dionysos and Stamata, while the most expensive were P. Psychiko, Filothei, followed by N. Psychic.

-A newly built penthouse of 157 sq.m. in Marousi with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and energy class A+ for sale for 3,949 euros/sq.m.
