Interamerican, a member of the Achmea Group, has announced its acquisition Europ Assistance Greece in Greece, consolidating its position in roadside assistance services.

As stated in a statement:This acquisition is a reference point in the company’s strategy, reflecting its vision of providing integrated and high-quality solutions, through a modern and proprietary service ecosystem that meets the needs of its customers».

In addition, Interamerican Aid is proceeding with a dynamic upgrade of its services in the specific sector, implementing an ambitious development plan. In particular, it is increasing its fleet from 225 to 300 vehicles and strengthens its human resources which today it has 320 employeeswith 125 additional partners, gaining its position as the company with the largest privately owned roadside assistance fleet in Greece.

It is recalled that Europ Assistance Greece, with a presence of 60 years, is a leading provider of roadside assistance, offering specialized solutions for safety and care on the road.
