The iconic villa of the late Andreas Vgenopoulos in Ekali finally changed hands on Wednesday. The luxury property was auctioned, first going through “a thousand waves”, successive postponements and cancellations.

According to information, the first offer price was 3,360,000 euros, with the property being awarded at 3,360,050 euros.

The legacy of the late businessman had been put into liquidation by court decisions following a request from his heirs.

Initial starting price was 4.2 million. euros, but after postponements and cancellations it was reduced by 20% (to 80% of the original) to 3.36 million. euro.

The real estate belongs to the intestate heirs of Andreas Vgenopoulos, Filippo Vgenopoulos at a percentage of 37.5/100, Melina Vgenopoulos at a percentage of 37.5/100 and Areti Souvatzoglou at a percentage of 25/100 and concerns “a plot of land measuring 3,533.41 sq. m. after the buildings on it, i.e. an old two-story house with a total area of ​​402.89 sq.m., a newer two-story house with a total area of ​​573.71 sq.m. and basement of both houses, surface area 394.94 sq.m. after an outdoor pool of 134.28 sq.m., which is located in Ekali Attica and on Parnithos Street 10”.

The luxury property stands out for the 16 meter tower which has Internally, the residence has seven bedrooms in addition to the staff bedrooms, three living rooms and two dining rooms, an additional two living rooms and two kitchens, two elevators and a total of six fireplaces.

As highlighted in the valuation report, the property is easily accessible by private means of transport from the main Theseos avenue and also from the Athens-Lamia highway (via the Varybobi interchange), while it is served by bus lines that depart from Kifissia to northern suburbs of Athens.
