The Application Process – Who are Beneficiaries – What Documents Required

Grants covering 100% of the remuneration of employees who will hire up to € 1,118 per month and for 1 year, may claim private sector employers. Through its relevant program DEPA Unemployed, beneficiaries of the minimum guaranteed income, as well as homeless, will have the opportunity to improve their professional skills and then hire companies operating throughout the territory.
This program remains “open” for applications and has the purpose – as the public employment service says – “the prevention and treatment of unemployment, through the upgrading of the professional knowledge and skills of the unemployed and their placement in grants of employment. “
What are the characteristics of the grant
Beneficiaries of the program are unemployed, registered in the DBA unemployed register, beneficiaries of minimum guaranteed income (EYE) and homeless.
Applications can submit private companies and general employers in the private sector that carry out regular economic activity and are active in all regions of the country. The training duration is set at eighty (80) hours and the duration of employment at twelve (12) months.
The characteristics of the grant are as follows:
The grant to businesses amounts to 100% of the total cost (salary and contributions), ie EUR 1,118 monthly (EUR 13,416 in total).
If the company chooses the state -owned state -owned regime, the grant is 50% of the total cost (salary and contributions).
The grant includes Christmas and Easter gifts and leave allowance.
The process of submitting applications
For their participation in the program, businesses submit an electronic application via Gov.gr to: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/epikheirematike-drasterioteta/apaskholese-prosopikou/summetokhe-epikheireseon-ergodoton-se -anergon.
If they visit the link, they follow the following steps:
✓ Businesses choose the state aid status.
✓ Businesses identify positions, specialties and qualifications.
✓ The DPA confirms that the company fulfills the conditions, evaluating the application for affiliation within 10 business days.
✓ DBA indicates candidates in accordance with the qualifications of the post within 5 business days of the issuance of the decision/ funding decision.
✓ The company is pre -selected among the candidates within 10 business days.
✓ DBA informs the unemployed that the company defines by each appropriate means within 3 days.
✓ The default candidate completes an online participation form, selects and attends a training program of his choice (office or seller employees) and then participates in certification exams.
✓ After its certification, the business is recruiting.
