Citizens’ interest in the program “My Home II” is great. Applications are already exceeding 102,000, however, according to banking sources, only one in ten candidates have already found a home, as real estate is limited.

Who are the beneficiaries

It is recalled that the beneficiaries are:

  • Paens on the date of submission of the loan application, from 25 to 50 years of age
  • Spouses or persons linked to a cohabitation agreement, as long as one of the two are aged, at the date of submission of the loan application, from 25 to 50 years, if they have no other property suitable for their home and satisfy income criteria as reflected in supporting documents.

The income:

  • For unmarried the limit is 20,000 euros
  • For couple the limit is 28,000 euros and 4,000 euros per child
  • In single parent families, the income threshold reaches 31,000 euros, with an additional 5,000 euros per child
  • Income threshold: For all categories of beneficiaries, the minimum income threshold is 10,000 euros.
  • The threshold of EUR 10,000 shall take into account all the annual taxable income (real or imputed), regardless of source of origin. Includes income from pensions and welfare benefits of dependent children.

The supporting documents

  • Identity
  • Family status certificate (not issued earlier than 1 month before application).
  • Statement of income tax on natural persons in the last tax year.
  • Last year’s property (E9) declaration and a single -year -old property certificate of property (ENFIA) of the last year.
  • Responsible statement of article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A ’75), in which the applicant certifies that the information stated is true and complete, the supporting documents and that he has been aware of the terms of the program he fully accepts.
  • After the pre -approval, more supporting documents are produced in the bank. The Bank has 30 days from the submission of supporting documents to control the filling of the eligibility criteria of the acquired property.
