In collaboration with the Minister of Labor and Social Security Victory and Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanassislaunches a special business grant program of 10,726,800.00 euros, for the employment of unemployed in the areas affected by the apoliticalization, with the aim of creating 1,000 new jobs, full -time.

The aim of the action is to recruit the unemployed, registered in the Register of the Unemployed of the DIPA, by businesses of areas of the territorial plans of a fair transition of Western Macedonia and Megalopolis, as well as the neighboring municipalities of Tripoli, Ochalia, Gortynia. The grant per job, depending on the category of unemployed, covers from 70% to 100%. The action is aimed at private businesses and general employers in the private sector that are practicing regular economic activity and are active in the above eligible areas.

This action is part of the “Fair Development Transition” program 2021-2027 and in particular priority 4-“fair labor transition”. The implementation of the act will be achieved by the public invitation of the Public Employment Service (DIPA) to private companies for funding applications.
