Procon-SP notified Tickets For Fun this Friday (18) asking for clarification about Lollapalooza.
After the postponements caused by the pandemic, the event was rescheduled again for March 25th to 27th at the Interlagos circuit, in São Paulo.
The agency says it has received complaints from consumers who are experiencing difficulty using tickets purchased before the suspension of events, still in 2020.
It also cites complaints about denial of refunds for customers who will not be able to attend the shows on the new scheduled date.
“The company must explain the policy for the use of credits acquired in 2019 for the event, what procedures to be adopted by consumers, how and through which channels they are being informed, in addition to clarifying whether the 2022 edition will have the same characteristics and attractions of what was released in 2019, and which conciliatory measures are offered by T4F in case the consumer asks for cancellation due to possible change”, says Procon-SP.
The agency gave a deadline until Tuesday (22) for the company to respond to the notification, which also asks if the consumer will be able to transfer tickets and how the tickets sold with half-price fare will be for students who now have their courses completed, among other questions. .
Sought by the SA Panel, T4F did not respond.
