With great success yesterday, March 20, 2025 at the “Hellenic World” Cultural Center, the event “Female Power: How Women Change the Game”, organized by the Greek Council of Competitiveness with the kind support of sponsors Sol Crowe, Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

The event was opened by the President of the Council of Competitiveness, Mr. Simos Anastassopoulos, who welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of reinforcing female presence in the labor market and leadership roles. He referred to the challenges that still exist, but also to the opportunities created through innovation and collective action.

The event was attended and honored with the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Ms. Niki Kerameos, who spoke about the policies that promote women’s involvement in the economy and the need for continuous action and support.

In the dynamic discussion co -ordinated by Ms. Maira Barba, Mrs. Eleni Brettou, Mrs. Sofia Kounenaki Ephraimoglou, Ms. Maria Ioannidou and Dr. Venice Cusia shared their experiences, the strategic steps needed to change and the traps we need to avoid.

The event was presented with Nikos A. Samaras’ new book, dedicated to the role of the woman’s power.
