After the first successful cycle of the program “Raising awareness of employees of private sector companies on issues of diversity and combating discrimination in the workplace“, the digital educational platform is available again from today, October 17th.
The program is being relaunched in response to strong employee interest, and every private sector worker is given the opportunity to actively participate in creating fairer and more inclusive workplaces.
Specifically, the program concerns the training of private sector workers through asynchronous distance education, lasting 3 hours. The theme raises awareness among employees of everyday workplace diversity issues, focusing on discrimination based on gender, age, disability, race/ethnicity, religion, physical characteristics and sexual orientation.
Executives and employees of private sector companies, who have an active VAT number, AMKA and registration in the ERGANI system as active employees at the time of the application, have the right to submit an application for participation.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate of attendance. It is noted that in the second operating cycle of the digital platform no compensation is provided for participation or certification.
Applications can only be submitted online through the platform inclusion.apps.gov.grusing the TaxisNet codes.
