Proceed to Athens Olympic Sports Center (OAKA) the complete replacement of old fencing of the complex. The intervention is part of the overall program of modernization of the facilities, which aims to improve the safety, functionality and aesthetics of the emblematic sports venue of the capital.
The new heavy-duty fencing was designed according to modern security and durability standards, offering increased protection of the space and more efficient management of entrances and exits. It is made of high-strength galvanized metal elements and has an anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring long life and reduced maintenance needs.
This project provides a definitive solution to a chronic problem, as well the old fencing, installed for decades, had suffered significant damagereducing the level of security and protection of the complex.
Overall, more than 7.8 kilometers of fencing are being replacedas well as 460 meters of entrance doors and gateseffectively strengthening the perimeter security of OAKA.
Upon completion of the project, the logistical and engineering infrastructure is effectively protected of the Center, while the smooth running of sports, cultural and social events hosted on its premises.
