Subsequently, and at the start or during the service provided, one of the following is selected in the field of ‘assets provided’:

  • a) work using spare parts
  • b) Work using spare parts provided by the customer
  • c) work without use of spare parts
  • d) identity
  • e) Free service.
  • (f) Guarantee allowance

It is possible to complete the amount agreed as a price for the service offered. In the case of continuous service, completion is mandatory.
Especially in this case, the periodicity and start and expiry dates of the service provided must also be completed

Washing machines

Registered:

  • Installation of an entity.
  • Vehicle Traffic Number.
  • Date and Time
  • Vehicle category (pumped through interoperability except vehicle with foreign signs).
  • Services CAA (mandatory in the event of a repeated transaction).
  • In the event that parking and washing services are provided simultaneously, the obliged entities choose the “mixed” sign.

Subsequently, and at the start or during the service provided, one of the following is selected in the field of ‘assets provided’ (a) a price -based service.

  • Service by agreement
  • Own
  • Free service
  • Alterations

It is possible to complete the amount agreed as a price for the service offered. In the case of continuous service, completion is mandatory.
Especially in this case, the periodicity and start and expiry dates of the service provided must also be completed

Rental

Registered:

  • Installation of an entity.
  • Vehicle Traffic Number.
  • Vehicle category (pumped through interoperability except vehicle with foreign signs).
  • Construction Factory (pumped through interoperability except vehicle with foreign signs)
  • Date and time of departure of the vehicle (from default will be taken as price day and time of registration
  • Place of receipt (in case it is different from the place of installation of the entity)
  • Service Receiver (Mandatory in case of repetitive transaction)

Subsequently, and at the start of the service provided one of the following is selected in the “Vehicle Purpose Purpose” field:

  • Tenancy
  • Own
  • Free service

It is possible to complete the amount agreed as a price for the service offered. In the case of continuous service, completion is mandatory.
Especially in this case, the periodicity and the start and expiry dates of the service provided must also be completed.

Upon completion of the registration and prior to the commencement of the service provided, the application is granted a unique digital clientele registration number.

After completing the service provided, the type of document is selected (invoice or receipt)

Following the issuance of the document, it is registered or derived through interoperability or other application on a case -by -case basis either the only registration number (Mark) received by the issued value document when transmitting it to the mydata digital platform or in the case of revenue from FM, the serial number as well as the date of revenue and the day.

They are subsequently drawn through interoperability or supplemented if this is not possible, the following fields:

  • Document number
  • Series of a document (if any)
  • Date of the document
  • Time to issue a document (if issued using rums and completed the daily revenue number)
  • Document
  • Payment method

The registration of the document in the digital clientele takes place with its publication.

In case of losing interface with the application, the data is recorded immediately after the interface is restored.
