Excluded from the measure:

  • Leasing businesses (leasing)
  • Businesses operating with self -service systems, as long as value documents are issued immediately upon completion of the service
  • The work required to drive and deliver new cars to the buyer, which are carried out by the new cars washing businesses (eg recovery)
  • The lease of parking spaces by owners of enclosed land, since the lease has a specific duration each time, is not accompanied by guard services or other services (eg parker, office, telephone) and the vehicle holder has independent entry and exit capacity.
  • The repair or maintenance of parts or accessories of vehicles, if they are imported into the installation of the business independently, detached from the vehicle bearing the registration (eg vehicle engine, concrete transfer mixer).
  • The use of a privately owned business parking lot for their customer hosting/service, with or without consideration.
  • Providing mobile services and vehicle repair at the place where the damage occurred (or elsewhere indicated).
