On Monday, June 2nd at 6:00 pm, e-submission of applications for admission to the 50 Vocational Schools (EPAS) of the DPA apprenticeship, for the school year 2025-26, in 36 high demand specialties in the labor market.

Those who are 15-29 years old (born in 1996-2010) have the right to apply and are at least holders of a high school diploma. Students’ remuneration amounts to 125 euros or 156 euros weekly (for 4 or 5 days of apprenticeship, respectively) for 2 years.

The DBA has been implementing the apprenticeship system since 1952, which is the only dual system in our country that combines theoretical and laboratory vocational education in the school with the workplace learning program, in real working conditions (on-the-job-training). The aim is for the trainee to acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and professional experience in the labor market.

EPAS students in the morning are apprentice to private or public businesses in places related to their specialty, while in the afternoon they attend theoretical and laboratory lessons at the School.

Pupils of EPAS Education of DBA:

  • Conduct a learning program in a workplace with pay and insurance
  • They study in modern and fully equipped laboratories and are provided with the necessary books and aids
  • Trained by experienced and well -trained teaching staff
  • They receive a housing allowance of € 240 per month, as well as a feeding of 9 euros a day, with enlarged income criteria
  • Are entitled to a student license up to 30 days with earnings
  • Are entitled to a postponement of recruitment.
