Since Tuesday, June 10th, interested parties can apply for KEPs all over the country, for social tourism and thermal tourism programs, free books, free of the theater and excursion tourism tickets, according to the Ministry of Social Cohesion.

It is noted that applications will be accepted by Friday, June 20, 2025 and on the other hand, they do not concern the children’s camp program, which will close for those concerned next Monday.

The programs were set to join:

1. In Social / Thermal Tourism: 53,500 beneficiaries

2. In the excursion program: 7,000 beneficiaries

3. In the Free Book Provision Program: 130,000 beneficiaries

4. In the Free Theater Ticket Program: 10,000 beneficiaries

What is needed for the application

Those interested in submitting the application for participation in the Citizens’ Centers of Citizens of KEP should provide:

1. Any document that derives the social security registration number (AMKA), as well as their protected members (eg Health Booklet or AMKA Certificate) or any document that derives the registration number (AM) OGA

2. Police ID card

3. In the case of OGA pensioners who have been subject to E-EFKA and suffering from mental disability, Down Syndrome or cerebral palsy, additional disability outcome of a disability certification (“GAPA”) or other applicable decision certification is required.

In detail the periods 2025-2026 are as follows:

1. SOCIAL TOURISM: It concerns 6 -day holidays (5 nights) for 50,000 beneficiaries. The duration of the program is from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

The beneficiaries of the Social Tourism Program who will choose to use their newsletters in a contributor to LAE/OPECA tourist accommodation of the Municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake – Agia Anna of the Regional Unity

Beneficiaries of Social and Thermal Tourism Programs who will choose destinations in the Evros Regional Unit and in the islands of the North and South Aegean Regions without the breakfast will make their vacation without any additional financial residence burden.

The right to participate in the Social Tourism Program have:

(a) E-EFKA pensioners (OGA) and pensioners of the uninsured elderly account of article 1 of Law 1296/1982

(b) E-EFKA (OGA) insured persons who are insured on 31 December of 2024 and

(c) Members of the families of the above persons with the right to care for the beneficiary of the benefits of the LAE/OPECA

2. TOURISM TOURISM: It concerns 6 -day holidays (5 nights) and five simple bathing for 3,500 beneficiaries. The duration of the program is from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

Beneficiaries of the Thermal Tourism Program who will choose to use their newsletters in affiliated with LAE -POPEKA Tourist accommodation of the Municipalities Lae-PEEKA’s lawsuits, affiliated with LAE-OPEKA, facilities of healing springs and hydrotherapies of the country of the above municipalities of the Evia Regional Unity and the Evros Regional Unit.

The right to participate in the Thermal Tourism Program have:

(a) E-EFKA pensioners (OGA) and pensioners of the uninsured elderly account of article 1 of Law 1296/1982

(b) Insured E-EFKA (OGA) who are insured upon December 31st 2024 and

(c) Members of the families of the above persons with the right to care for the beneficiary of the benefits of the LAE/OPECA.

Especially to members of the families of the beneficiary of thermal tourism, spouses and children with the right to care for the beneficiary, social tourism cards are granted.

3. TOURISM TOURISM: It concerns four (4) days excursions for 7,000 beneficiaries and affiliated tourist agencies. The duration of the program is from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

As noted, the 4 -day free excursions applies as long as the cost of the excursion does not exceed the value of the 190 euro bulletin. Accommodation in two -star rooms and more for hotels, three and more beds for rented rooms. The excursors will be traded solely within the boundaries of Greece.

The right to participate in the excursion tourism program have:

a) E-EFKA pensioners (OGA) and pensioners of the uninsured elderly account of article 1 of Law 1296/1982.

b) E-EFKA (OGA) insured persons who are insured on December 31 of 2023

(c) Members of the families of the above persons with the right to care for the beneficiary of the benefits of the LAE/OPECA

4. BOOK PRODUCT: The program concerns 130,000 beneficiaries, who can obtain books of their choice of 20 euros for each beneficiary and 40 euros for each child, from affiliated bookstores and publishers across the country. The power of the program is from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

The right to participate in the free booking program have:

(a) E-EFKA pensioners (OGA) and pensioners of the uninsured elderly account of article 1 of Law 1296/1982

b) E-EFKA (OGA) insured persons who are insured on 31 December of 2024

(c) Members of the families of the above persons with the right to care for the beneficiary of the benefits of the LAE/OPECA

5. TICKET THEATER FROM: The program concerns 10,000 beneficiaries for theatrical performances in all major cities in Greece. The validity period is from July 2, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

For each newsletter the company is subsidized by up to 15 euros for the central stage and up to 12 euros for the children’s scene.

The right to participate in the program for free theater tickets have:

(a) E-EFKA pensioners (OGA) and pensioners of the uninsured elderly account of article 1 of Law 1296/1982,

b) E-EFKA (OGA) insured persons who are insured on 31 December of 2024

(c) Members of the families of the above persons with the right to care for the beneficiary of the benefits of the LAE/OPECA

DRAW

After processing applications and if their number exceeds the number of applications provided for in LAE / OPECA programs, a draw by electronic procedure shall be followed. The distribution of beneficiaries is proportionate to all prefectures, with priority to those who have not been drawn in the last three years.

Beneficiaries are informed of the outcome of the draw through the OPECA website (www.opeka.gr) or through the KEPs.
