According to the announcement of ministers P.Special Eligibility of Property for Disabled: For beneficiaries who are persons with disabilities (disabled) with at least 67%, or have dependent children with disabilities with the same percentage, the year of construction of eligible properties expand up to 31.12.2020, instead of 2007 in force. Eligibility is documented through the details of the Disability Certification Center (KEPA) or other competent authorities. This arrangement aims to meet the particular housing needs of these beneficiaries, allowing the selection of houses that meet the specifications of the new building regulation and provide improved accessibility.

The validity of the entry decision is extended: The period of validity of the approval of affiliation is extended by an additional 60 days to facilitate the completion of the procedures until the conclusion of the loan agreement.
