Last chance for those parents who want their children to accommodate free of charge at kindergartens: The deadline for submitting applications for hospitality at the Public Employment Service Stations (DIPA) is already running with a few more 24 -hour remaining. The Nursery Schools of the DIPA are aimed at children whose parents or their guardians are beneficiaries of the service benefits.
DIPA It operates 28 privately owned nurseries, where infants are accepted by 6 months and toddlers from 2.5 years to register with compulsory education. The criteria for selection of beneficiaries’ children are socio -economic.
The process for the application and who is selected
That is to say, children of luxury and single parent families, orphaned children, children of disabled parents, etc. are preceded and followed by children of economically weaker beneficiaries.
Infant -infant hospitality is free (reciprocal program to beneficiaries), with the service nurseries being found in the following areas:
- N. Attica: Agia Varvara, Ano Liosia, Elefsina, Keratsini, Menidi, Moschato, Olympic Village, Peristeri and Chaidari. Also, a new baby station will be operating in a September in a DBA building in Ilion.
- Region: Agrinio, Arta, Drama, Igoumenitsa, Ioannina, Kavala, Kalamata, Karditsa, Karpenisi, Komotini, Messolonghi, Naoussa, Xanthi, Patras, Pylea Thessaloniki, Serres and Trikala. Also, the Larissa Nursery, which suffered a significant disaster by Daniel, is expected to reopen in early 2026.
The application is only electronically submitted and those who join the program will receive the Voucher (Discount “Coupon”) which can be deposited immediately, in a Nursing Nursery.

Which supporting documents are necessary for the application
But what are the supporting documents that will be required?
- Child Birth Registry or child birth certificate.
- Certificate of marital status or / / or the Registrar Registry is accepted only in cases where the inability to produce a family status certificate is evidenced by official documents.
- In cases of re -registration of a child or brother of it, and if there are no changes in the marital status, the relevant supporting document is replaced with a responsible statement of non -change of marital status.
- Clearing Note of AADE (for income of 2023).
- Where they are not obliged in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 (1) of Art. 67 of Law 4172/2013 In the submission of income tax return, because they have not obtained real or imputed income, a responsible statement of Law 1599/86 is required for non -obligation to declare income tax return for the tax year 2023, which will have the certificate of signature of the public. www.gov.gr.
- Child Health Certificate (the model is available from the DIPA website) ➢ Disability Certification Certificate in the competent Public Agency, which shows the rate of disability stated by the beneficiary in the respective fields of his / her electronic application or request for review by the competent committee.
- A court ruling that proves the assignment of the child’s parental responsibility to a parent in the case of a single parent family.
- Register of the deceased parent if it is orphan (if not mentioned in the marital status certificate).
- Divorce (if this is not mentioned in the Marital Status Certificate) for parents in dimension, a evidence is required to certify it. If parents are divorced or dimension, a child’s care is required.
- Certificate from the army if the parent is a soldier.
