An allowance of up to 750 euros can be secured by private sector workers if they decide to draw up on modern objects and develop new skills. Within next week, the Public Employment Service (DYPA) is going to get a “mammoth” training program in the air, given the large number of potential beneficiaries, aimed at nearly 170,000 employees.

What are the conditions for participation
The conditions for participation For those concerned are:
- Be private sector workers
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Be graduates of at least compulsory education
- Have not done the same program again
The action includes:
- Duration of 80 to 150 hours depending on the specialty that employees will choose
- Certification of natural persons according to the international standard ISO/ IEC 17024 or through internationally recognized product certifications
What amounts will the beneficiaries of the program get
The educational allowance ranges from € 400 to 750 euros (5 €/hour), that is, analogous to all the hours of specialty that the employees will choose.
Interested parties will only receive the whole allowance if they successfully complete the program, which provides for 150 hours of certification distance.
Participants must be over 18 years of age, at least high school graduates and have not attended a similar program, either unemployed or workers from 2022.
Another prerequisite is that employees have a contract in the private sector, in other words, civil servants are excluded.
