As of today, Monday, July 7, 2025, the new service is available in the “Electronic Services” menu, entitled “Transfer of Credit Balances by TEKA Insured Employees to E-EFKA”.

The Service is addressed to non -employed insured persons who have paid offenses to TEKA, without having a corresponding liability.

Through it, it is possible to apply for the transfer of credit balances from TEKA to E-EFKA.

The amount available to be transferred as a “balance for transfer” to the monthly TEKA insurance contributions notifications.

The process of transferring credit balances includes:

Entrance to the online service with Taxisnet personal codes and AMKA supplement.

Information on the legislative framework and the steps of submitting the transfer application.

Processing the application, which is carried out on a monthly basis and includes a check for any delayed debts to TEKA, offsetting contributions due, provided that there are also the transfer of the remaining amount to E-EFKA, with the date of credit.

As noted in a related announcement, the transfer of the amount to the E-EFKA does not equate to a return to the insured.

The refund requires a separate application, which is submitted through the E-EFKA electronic services, following the route: Electronic Services → Social Security Rights → Returns → Requirement Refundment.

The new online service is part of the broader digital modernization of the insurance system and the continued effort to provide faster, transparent and more citizen -friendly. With modern digital tools, bureaucracy is reduced and facilitates the transactions of insured persons with social security bodies, with the aim of a more direct and effective public administration.
