Panel SA: Doria government delays documentation for auctioned airports

by

On the eve of the extinction of Daesp (Air Department of the State of São Paulo), the Doria government has not yet issued the service order, which is the document to formalize the start of activities by the concessionaires in the management of the 22 airports auctioned in July last year. .

The delay in the procedure has caused insecurity in the companies, who fear having problems in the contracts for the operation and maintenance of the terminals.

Sought by Panel SA, the Department of Logistics and Transport says that Daesp will not be extinguished this Thursday (31st) and that the two concessionaires that won the auction will already have their teams in the 22 airports as of this Friday (1st).

Also according to the agency, the service order for the beginning of the activities of the companies will be signed only for the first week of April.

Artesp, which is the regulatory agency for the concession contract, did not comment.
