On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, electronic submission of applications for beneficiaries and providers for the Public Employment Service (DBA) books will begin electronic submission of applications for the granting of books of books 2025.

Applications of interested beneficiaries and providers will be submitted by August 19, 2025 at 23:59.

As noted in a related announcement, the purpose of the program is to intellectual development of the workforce and to support businesses in the book field.

A total of 150,000 checks will be issued, worth 25 euros each, including VAT, with a budget of € 3,750,000.

The program will be implemented from 1.09.2025 to 31.12.2025.

With the check in the form of a unique electronic code number, beneficiaries and beneficiaries will be able to buy a 10% discount of any book they choose from bookstores and publishers of the Provider Registry.

Applications of the beneficiaries concerned will be submitted exclusively, via Gov.gr, to: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes/epitages-agoras-biblion.

Specifically, the route is: Initial/Work and Insurance/Compensation and Book Purchases.

Beneficiaries for submitting an application select “Link to the System, by Certification by AADE”-“Entry to AADE” and enter the TAXISnet and their AMKA codes.

Providers are the bookstores and publishing houses of any legal form, which have a legal license.

Providers will automatically include the last year’s providers, as long as they update the supporting documents.

Applications of new stakeholders will be submitted exclusively electronically, through the single digital gate of the Greek State Gov.gr, to the email address: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/apozemioseis-kai-parokhes/parokhoi-epitagon-agoras-biblion.

It is noted that providers, who wish to apply for many branches, should have DBA codes.
