The Joint Ministerial Decision on the granting of financial assistance to the affected natural persons from the terrorist act of 31 October 2024 was signed in the building on 4 Arcadia Street in Ampelokipi of Athens.

With a sense of responsibility and solidarity and with the practical support being implemented through state intervention as announced by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis himself, the JMD is signed by the Ministers of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the environment and the environment Economics Athanasios Petralias and Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Konstantinos Katsafados.

The state activated the state relief mechanism to support the owners and tenants who lived in the apartment building on Arcadia Street in Ampelokipi and whose property suffered serious damage to the bomb explosion. The Central Office of the Organization for Provisional Bonuses and Social Solidarity (OPECA), which is subsidized for this purpose by the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, is responsible for the granting of financial aids.

The lump sum lid is granted lump sum and its amount of five thousand euros for the single -member household or six thousand euros for two districts. The above amount is increased by one thousand euros for each additional protected member. In the event that a member protected, a Health Committee Opinion in force on October 31, 2024, showing a disability, mental or physical, sixty -seven percent (67%) or more, the amount granted is increased by a thousand euros in addition.

Beneficiary

Beneficiaries of the rent for a housing are the natural persons who on October 31, 2024, had their main residence and have full ownership or right of usufruct or right of designation or right to use due to free concession, at the building on Arcadia Street 4 in Ambelokipoi 26.

The financial aid of household replacement is granted one -off and its amount is six thousand euros, provided that the household has suffered heavy damage, in the amount of four thousand euros, if the householding has suffered medium damage and the amount of two thousand euros.

Beneficiaries of the financial aid to replace the household are the natural persons who used this building on October 31, 2024 as a primary or secondary residence and are complete gentlemen or usual or employees, with the exception of short -term tenants.

The household transfer aid is granted one -off and its amount amounts to eighty percent (80 %) of the relevant expenditure, with a maximum of one thousand five hundred euros. The prerequisite for granting this particular financial aid is that the transfer of the households will be carried out within the Attica Region.

Beneficiaries of the financial assistance of the household that has not suffered a total destruction are natural persons, owners or tenants of the apartments of the building owners of the house, with the exception of short -term employees.
