The beneficiaries heating allowancehowever, they will see the final cost to be at even lower levels after the amounts of the subsidy they will receive, especially in the areas where it is customary … cold, as the amount of the aid is higher there.
Based on the relevant timetable, the platform heating expected to open up to the media November with the first payment being calculated to be made at the beginning December. By the end of the month the Joint Ministerial Decision, which will clarify the procedure, deadlines and all the details of the payment of the heating allowance 2025 – 2026.
The basic amounts of the allowance range from 100 to 800 euros, depending on the area, however the amounts increase where climate conditions require. For example, in settlements such as Elati, Papigo, Kozani, etc. whose climate coefficient is greater than or equal to the unit (1)the amount of the allowance is increased by 25% and reaches EUR 1,000.
In other settlements (eg Metsovo, Veluchi, Nymphaeum, Nevrokopi, Pertouli etc. where the climate coefficient is greater than or equal to 1.2 the allowance is increased by an additional 25% and reaches 1,200 euros. In other words, the maximum amount that one can receive is € 1,200.

Conditions for heating allowance

Households in order to receive the heating allowance should be aware that:
a) Applications on the platform myrming of AADE are submitted for a main residence.
(b) heating allowance is granted to natural persons unmarried or married or in a widow’s state or to persons who have entered into a cohabitation agreement or in dimensional or divorced, who consume them for their heating oil Internal heating or light oil (blue kerosene) or gas or gas or firewood or biomass (pellet) or thermal energy through district heating or electricity and meet the criteria.
(c) For the married or persons who have entered into a cohabitation agreement, the beneficiary is the person liable to submit an income tax return or one of the two in the event of a separate declaration.

Beneficiaries are those who have an annual total family income, until:

16,000 euros for unmarried and
EUR 24,000 for a married man increased by 5,000 euros for each child.
For the single parent family the limit of income is:
EUR 29,000, which is increased by 5,000 euros for each child after the first.
For those who do business, total gross income from business, spouse or part of cohabitation and dependent, children, should not exceed EUR 80,000.

The total value of real estate may not exceed:

EUR 200,000 for the unmarried, liable to widowed or dimensional
260,000 euros for married or part -time cohabitation and single parent families. The amount is increased by 40,000 euros for each dependent child.
