It is recalled that earlier, he spoke of a Greek plan for supporting households and businesses in electricity pricesin the event that there is no agreement on a common European solution, the Prime Minister promised to prepare, speaking at the pre-conference of New Democracy, which is being held in Heraklion, Crete.
“We have allocated € 4 billion to deal with the energy crisis,” he said, adding that “we have voted on an additional budget, adding another € 2 billion to our quiver. This week begins the enhanced three-month plan we announced a month ago.”
The prime minister announced bigger discounts on electricity and gas bills, while he said that the daily use of gasoline and oil will be subsidized by the state and more on the islands, because there the costs are higher.
