Lawyer Luiz Gustavo Bichara, one of the most recognized tax experts in Brazil and founding partner of the Bichara Advogados law firm, was appointed a member of the commission of jurists established by the Senate, together with the Federal Supreme Court (STF), to reform the procedural codes country tax.
According to the Senate, experts must develop proposals and solutions “to unify, modernize and, above all, streamline procedures that directly impact the lives of citizens.”
