Diageo, owner of beverage brands such as Smirnoff and Tanqueray, announced this Friday (13) the creation of a financial assistance policy for employees who wish to adopt.
According to the company, the program includes a reimbursement of up to BRL 13,500 to cover the fees and supplementary payments of the process, which can be requested up to three months after the adoption certificate is issued.
Employees will also be entitled to six-month paternity and maternity leave, established by the company three years ago.
Diageo says the assistance has an indefinite duration and is a stimulus to employees who want to adopt.
