Vitória Bohn says ‘Face and Courage’ made her ‘smarter with men’

by

It all starts with an irony, a public humiliation, a scream, a curse that can even result in physical aggression. This is how an abuser acts with his victims. And in many cases those who suffer from it do not realize that they are in a toxic relationship. These were the lessons that actress Vitória Bohn, 20, acquired throughout her studies to play Lou in “Cara e Coragem”.

Born in Novo Hamburgo (RS), the gaúcha, who makes her debut in soap operas in a plot at 7 pm on Globo, says that she has never suffered any type of harassment and does not consider herself an expert on the subject, but that now, because of the dramas through which your character will go, feels much more prepared to even advise other women if necessary.

“I found many girls close to me who told me their stories that I never imagined. Based on what I researched, I tried to exchange information and give support. They wanted to open up to help me. This role made me smarter with men. And I will be available to receive questions and help those who identify themselves through social networks”, he says.

In the story written by Claudia Souto, Lou suffers bullying from her jealous boyfriend Renan (Bruno Fagundes), who is also her choreographer in a dance company. His demands go beyond the professional part. In a disguised way, he takes over the mind of the young woman who will be more insecure and frightened. “As art imitates life, I hope that many real people seek help. It’s always good to take a step back”, highlights the actress.

In “Cara e Coragem”, Vitória, who started acting at the age of 13, says that she will be able to start in the best way by making important alerts through her work. She says that since she was a little girl, her great reference in dramaturgy is the actress Paolla Oliveira, 40, with whom she will act directly.

“I’ll be playing Pat’s stepsister (Paolla) and it’s been great to record with her. I just haven’t had the chance to say how inspiring she is. I have immense admiration and I’m still nervous to be together”, he confides.

Despite not having new jobs planned for the future, Vitória says she wants to take the chance. It was in 2019 that she left her material for analysis at Globo’s human resources department. Two years later, she passed the audition for the role she now celebrates.

“I made theater, short films and independent films. It was as if I was shaping myself for the great opportunity that now comes. I’m happy”, he concludes.
