Singer Conrado, a duo from the sertanejo Aleksandro, who lost his life after an accident, was discharged a month after the incident. Now, he will remain with treatment in a room in the infirmary.
In a message on social media, he was the one who told the news. “One more step taken and God’s plans are much bigger than mine! After a month I still have my private moments of grief, which I will share with you as soon as I recover and have definitive discharge”, he posted.
THE ACCIDENT
On the morning of May 7, 2022, the duo’s bus had an accident on the Régis Bittencourt highway, near the city of Miracatu (SP). Conrado survived the bus accident that left six dead, including his partner Aleksandro, and 11 injured.
As soon as he was rescued, the singer apparently had minor injuries, but he underwent several tests and needed urgent surgery to control bleeding and surgical correction of a fracture in the pelvis.
The singers and the team had left Tijucas do Sul, Paraná, where the duo had played a show the night before, and were heading to São Pedro (SP) for another performance that weekend. According to the Federal Highway Police, the left tire blew out and the driver lost control of the vehicle, which ended up overturning in the central median of the lane.
