This summer the classical ballet is coming to Greece with the ballet group International Stars Of Classical Ballet created in Switzerland and consists of dancers and soloists from three countries Italy, England and Ukraine.
Dancers who have participated in famous ballets such as the Ballet of the Kiev National Opera, the Ballet of the Odessa National Opera, the Ballet of the La Scala in Milan or the National Ballet of England join forces and present the ballet ballet, the Lake by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

Although initially viewed with caution, the follow-up was reserved. Swan Lake has become one of his most popular works, winning one of the first places in the hearts of spectators worldwide. Not only is it considered a modern ballet performance in every era, but the tender story of Prince Siegfried and Princess Odette is a point of reference in the world chapter of classical ballet.
The story of the show tells the romantic adventures of a young prince and a beautiful princess that a malicious magician transforms into a white swan. So Princess Odette spends her life trapped in the form of a swan. The magic can only be solved by love, which comes in the form of the handsome Prince Siegfried who swears to save Odette. The magician tries to trick him and marry him to Odile’s daughter, the black swan who looks amazingly like Odette. Siegfried, however, escapes from the magician’s trap, the spells are solved, he takes his beloved in his arms and they fly together in the sky. The story is based on folk tales as well as an ancient German myth that Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky dressed between 1975 and 1876 with his unique music and transformed it into a timeless ballet.

Swan Lake is coming to summer theater of the City Garden Festival by Christmas Theater with the classical choreography of Petipa-Ivanov in the revisionist look of Alexander Gorsky.
