Dancing with the Stars: Jessica Ellen criticizes lack of empathy with her pregnancy

After the exhibition of Dança dos Famosos (TV Globo) this Sunday (12), Jessica Ellen used social media to criticize the evaluation of the technical jury for her salsa presentation. The actress is in the first trimester of pregnancy and, before dancing, she declared that the rehearsals are being very difficult, as she has been facing a lot of indisposition and nausea.

She even said that she was unable to attend a rehearsal day because she did not feel well enough to leave the house. The actress was in last place for the next stage, with 57.9 points, but the eliminated of the night was Jojo Todynho, who accumulated 57.7 points.

“Black women are seen as warriors. Never as sensitive and vulnerable. What part of ‘I’m pregnant’ that you still don’t understand?” Jessica wrote in her Instagram stories this Sunday night.

“The technicians’ comments to Jessica Ellen… ridiculous!!! Jessica was the wonderful one, she had a whole swish that the others didn’t have!”, wrote an internet user on Twitter. The judges even said that the performance lacked more energy.

“Thanks for the love! Because they weren’t really careful… and the editing didn’t help at all… anyway”, replied the actress.

A user who claims to be a choreographer defended that the artist danced well, but that she could have tried harder. “On the part we also understand that you have to be careful and that you were sick during the week. But then on stage at the time of the presentation it was to put masterrrrr energy.” The actress responded directly to the comment: “If one day you get pregnant, you’ll understand that, even if you want to, you won’t have “mastaaarrrr energy” to put anywhere… they told me!”

The wearer insisted that she understands the actress, but that many pregnant women do advanced ballet with pointe shoes. In the face of this tweet, Tatá Werneck joined the discussion and wrote: “Each pregnancy is unique. Sorry to get in the way, I just wanted to explain, but I was one of those who vomited everything up to 9 months. feel everything. If 10 women can do everything they’re pregnant, it doesn’t mean they all have to.”
