the country singer João Victor, known as Conrado, who teamed up with Aleksandro, left the Regional Registry Hospital this Wednesday (22), after 46 days in the unit. In addition to him, one of the band members, the musician Júlio Cesar Bigoli, was also discharged. The two were in the bus accident that took the lives of six members of the group, including singer Aleksandro.
In a note sent to the press, Conrado’s team celebrated the singer’s recovery. “It was a month and a half of great care, delicate procedures, patience and prayers. We would like to thank you for all the respect and sensitivity with which friends from the press treated this very delicate moment. We lost six friends, two were still recovering from conditions considered serious. and treated by the medical team as a miracle. They were difficult days and we still need to cherish the health and privacy of the two. As soon as they feel comfortable, they will speak publicly”, says the note.
The accident with the bus of the duo Conrado & Aleksandro happened on the Régis Bittencourt highway, at the height of Miracatu, in the interior of São Paulo, on May 7th. According to official information from the band, 19 people were in the vehicle, including the artists. In addition to the six deaths, 11 victims were referred to emergency rooms in the region.
Corando would have been the first person to be rescued and, apparently, with minor injuries. But, he had to undergo surgeries to control bleeding and correction of fractures in the pelvis. The singer was hospitalized for several days in the Intensive Care Unit.
