And if something makes you sad, focus on all the things that make you happy. Feel lucky and smile, even on days when you can’t laugh. And when you laugh, laugh with your heart. Don’t be thankful.

#4: Nature

Get out of the house and go for a walk in nature. It is time to reconnect with the natural environment, which is the natural environment of all of us.

Nature and the countryside will restore harmony to both your body and your mind. After all, nature always knows how to regulate even the most disorganized organisms. So accept its beneficial power and harmonize with its energy field.

#5: Your health

Last and most important is your health. If you organically are not well, nothing will be ok.
