The Hellenic Land Registry announces the official operation of the electronic register of pledge, which is now available to the public through the enexyra.ktimatologio.gr web address.

The new register fully incorporates the provisions of Law 5123/2024 and marks the beginning of a single, fully digital process for registration and search for collateral of mobile things and demands. The register completely replaces the old printed printed books and is centrally and solely maintained by the Hellenic Land Registry, in the form of a descriptive database for the whole country. Access to the content of the Registry and the search for data is carried out through the same platform, in accordance with the provisions of the current public registries legislation.

Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Christos Dermentzopoulos, said: “The operation of the electronic registration is yet another important step in the digital transformation of public administration. With transparency, speed and reliability, we create digital infrastructure that effectively serves the citizen. With this new initiative, the Hellenic Land Registry contributes decisively to the formation of a modern, reliable and fully digital ecosystem.

The operation of the registry includes:

  • Electronic submission of pledgeing acts by certified lawyers.
  • Automatic identification of the data of natural and legal persons based on VAT.
  • Electronic attachment of all required documents (contract, pledge annex, authorizations).
  • Ability to simultaneously submit a request for a certificate document.
  • Issuance of digital certificates and copies with a unique systemic code of authenticity.
