Concert at OAKA – Scorpions and Alice Cooper wowed the 30,000 spectators

A magical musical evening was experienced by approx 30,000 spectators who flooded OAKA yesterday and watched the one and only performance by Alice Cooper and the Scorpions on stage.

But it all started at about 19:30 when the explosive appeared on the scene Alice Cooper who despite being in his 74th year proved to be… evergreen and wowed the audience with ‘Poison’ and his other big hits.

The rock night took off when shortly before 10 o’clock the Scorpions and while the Greek flag waved behind them. Under the colors of blue and white, the “grandfathers” of rock created a magical atmosphere by performing many of their dozens of hits that have been so loved by the world music audience.

“Rock may have stopped being so revolutionary, but young people need this music as ‘food for the soul.’ And that will never change in our lifetime…”, the singer of the band Klaus Meine has said and this was certainly confirmed after last night.
