Despite now living a much quieter life, the rock star has been plagued by several significant health issues over the years.
The 73-year-old star of the “Black Sabbath” he recalled the moment a doctor wondered why he “still wasn’t asleep” when he administered the drug before undergoing surgery.
Despite the fact that he now lives a much quieter life, Mr Ozzy Osbourne has suffered from several and significant health problems over the years.
In an interview with “Mirror”, Mr Osborne he did not deny, as in the past, that he used drugs. “The anesthesiologist puts me on the medicine and then asks me how many years I’ve been doing this job. I answered him and continued talking… And he says: ”Why haven’t you slept yet?“, says the 73-year-old in his interview. He went on to explain that doctors gave him four times the usual amount of anesthetic, but added that his “wild days” are now over.
“What keeps me off drugs now is reality itself. One of the main reasons I’ve embraced my family is because I’m finesays Ozzy Osbourne.
Sources close to the rock star said Osborne is 73 years old and any type of surgery when you’re old is difficult. The rock star also needed emergency surgery in 2018 after developing a serious infection in his thumb that could have killed him if left untreated, and had to be put on a ventilator in 2019 due to complications from the flu and bronchitis. He revealed in January 2020 that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
