Boninho echoes Ana Furtado’s departure from Globo: ‘I’m with you’

Television director Boninho, 60, who works at Rede Globo in charge of major programs such as Big Brother Brasil, reflected the departure of his wife, presenter Ana Furtado, 48, from the network. The announcement was made this Monday (11).

“Ana Furtado, I am 100% with you! I support your decision. You will always fly! Follow your path”, wrote the director in the publication’s caption. He shared the photo and text of his wife and, in the comments, fans and celebrities showed support for the decision of the presenter.

“Much light on your new paths and dreams Aninha”, wrote actress Jeniffer Nascimento. “Ana, honey, be happy and I’ll always be admiring you and rooting for your success! You’re amazing!”, said Claudia Mota. “You are beautiful together,” wrote one netizen.

Furtado announced his departure from the broadcaster after 26 years of service. She, who recently participated in the painting ‘Dança dos Famosos’, from Domingão with Huck, made a long text published on her Instagram profile communicating the decision. Ana assured that it was a resolution taken together and called her relationship with the house a “happy partnership”.

“I chose to go through all this and close this cycle to say goodbye. I leave with the certainty that I always gave myself completely, with dedication and joy in everything I did here, whether as an actress or presenter. and that not only respected this desire, but also showed open doors for future projects.
