Lindsay Lohan wins an engagement ring valued at around R$1.4 million


The actress Lindsay Lohan, 35, announced this Sunday (28) that she is engaged to Bader Shammas, an executive at the Credit Suisse bank in Dubai, with whom she has been dating for two years. “My love. My life. My family. My future,” wrote the actress in the publication’s caption.

According to the website Page Six, the actress’ engagement ring is a jewel by the Harry Winston brand with a stone that has approximately six carats. Rare Carat COO Apeksha Kothari chatted with the page and provided more information about the accessory.

“With high color and clarity, I would estimate the retail value at a quarter of a million dollars — $250,000,” said Kothari, an expert in the diamond market. At the current price, the ring would be valued at around R$1.4 million.

Also in the interview, Mike Fried, from The Diamond Pro, revealed to the international vehicle that the level appears to be made of platinum or white gold. The publication of the engagement announcement on Instagram already has more than 807,000 likes.

It was recently revealed that the actress and singer will star in a romantic Christmas comedy on Netflix, according to information from Variety. According to the magazine, she will play a spoiled young heiress who has just gotten engaged.

After a skiing accident, the character will have amnesia and will be taken care of by an innkeeper and his daughter. All of this happens days before Christmas. The rest of the cast has yet to be released. Lohan started her career still in her childhood and became known worldwide after the great success of the movie “Operation Cupid” (1998).
