Rocker Ozzy Osbourne, 73, was spotted walking with a cane last Sunday (17) in Los Angeles (USA), after undergoing surgery to realign the pins in his neck and back. He attended a family gathering with wife Sharon Osbourne and children Kelly and Jack.
The former Black Sabbath frontman, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019, seemed to rely heavily on his cane. He was helped into a car after ending his conversation with Jack and Kelly – who are expecting their first child with Slipknot member Sid Wilson.
The rocker was released from a Los Angeles hospital last month after undergoing what Sharon described as “a major operation” that would “determine the rest of his life”.
Along with Parkinson’s and a crisis with Covid-19, Ozzy has been dealing with the ramifications of an ATV accident in 2003. He suffered neck injuries, which were later compounded by a fall in 2019 that required the insertion of 15 pins. on the back.
“I am now home from the hospital recovering comfortably,” the musician wrote on Instagram after undergoing the procedure in June, which involved removing and realigning pins in his neck and back.
“I’m definitely feeling the love and support of all my fans and I send you all a big thank you for your thoughts, prayers and good wishes during my recovery,” he said at the time.
