Gusttavo Lima and Andressa Suita have put up for sale the house with 590 square meters of built area they own in the Alphaville Flamboyant condominium, in Goiânia. On the real estate website, the property is advertised for R$ 8.5 million.
O F5 found that the mansion had not been used by the family for some time and, therefore, they decided to sell it. The couple and their two children, Gabriel and Samuel, share the farm and the apartment, both also located in Goiânia.
The property for sale is not the same as the one in Gusttavo Lima’s photo that went viral in 2020. The image that became a meme, of the singer in front of a mansion with large white columns, is from the artist’s farm. On the occasion, Internet users compared the property’s architecture with that of the Havan stores and the facades of the Universal Church.
According to the property’s announcement, the mansion for sale is on a plot measuring 1,166 meters. It has a living room with double ceiling height, heated gourmet veranda with barbecue, in addition to an extensive landscaped garden that surrounds the outdoor area formed by a swimming pool with waterfall, sauna and water features.
The property has four suites and an office that can be transformed into another bedroom on the ground floor. The master suite has high ceilings, a spa bath and a private balcony with a flower box.
