The couple Paolla Oliveira and Diogo Nogueira have an open lawsuit in court for persecution. According to the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro, the case is under investigation and was registered in the Regional District of Barra da Tijuca. Neither of them could be found for comment.
According to the newspaper O Globo, a Portuguese man has already been indicted for the crime and is now also being investigated by some others as injury and bodily harm. The TJ and the Civil Police could not provide more information, but according to the publication, prosecutor Márcio Almeida Ribeiro da Silva claimed that there are indications of “persecution for months” by the man of the couple.
His first attempt at interaction with Paolla took place in February when he discovered the actress’s address. At the time, he arrived there and said he wanted to go in to retrieve a cell phone. However, as the actress was already receiving offensive messages and even declarations of love on social networks, she ordered him not to enter, because she knew who it was. Then the man would have started talking ramblings and swearing. She even requested a protective measure against him at the time.
The sambista Diogo Nogueira was at Paolla’s house and went to the entrance to try to have a dialogue with the boy. However, according to the newspaper, he would have started to offend Diogo, and the musician would have punched him. The police were called and the man was taken to the police station.
