Britney publishes a message to her mother and accuses: ‘You abused me’

The singer Britney Spears, 40, hit back at her mother after she exposed text messages that responded to a conversation that the artist started in 2019, about the mental health clinic where she was hospitalized, and has not received a response until then. “Mom, did you also let people know that it’s one of the only times you text me back?” she wrote.

Spears went on to accuse Lynne, 67, of hiding coffee, forcing her to join Alcoholics Anonymous and more. “Did you also tell people how you hid coffee every morning? Did you tell them every morning when I was trying to find coffee that there were no pictures of me in the kitchen, just Maddie and Jamie Lynn?” she questioned.

The artist also said that her mother used her beach house and forced her to go to “three AA meetings a week even though I hate alcohol”. “Did you tell them when the guardianship started, you and the [meu irmão] Bryan went out every night, drank wine and took his stupid pictures when I couldn’t go anywhere or have my boyfriend anymore?” Britney continued.

She even said that the night before being taken to a mental health center in 2019, she had a “slumber party” with her mom and friends, and found that the group had it all figured out while Lynne “acted like she didn’t.” no idea what was going on!”

“Two weeks later, you released a book and showed my disgust when Kevin [Federline] took my kids…you abused me…”, he added. The online discussion began when Britney claimed her mother didn’t respond to messages in which she expressed concern about her medication escalation, while Lynne says she did.

According to the website Page Six, Britney’s mother has not commented on the matter. The pop princess’ father Jamie Spears has been accused of monitoring her text messages and other cellphone activities while serving as her curator.
