‘The Godfather’ mansion on Airbnb – Renting for $50 a night

The residence used in the film as the exterior of Vito Corleone’s home can be rented by up to five people for the month of August.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Godfather, Airbnb is offering fans of the iconic series the chance to stay at the Staten Island, New York mansion used for the film’s exterior shots. 1972.

The Tudor-style, six-bathroom, five-bedroom residence was built in 1930 and has all the charm of that era combined with many modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

The 580 sq.m. mansion it also features an office space that will make those who choose to spend time in it feel like part of the Corleone family. It also has a professional kitchen, fully equipped basement pub, games room and a full gym.

Inside, guests will find a large living room with luxurious leather furniture, dark wood beams, a fireplace for those chilly nights and a huge TV perfect for watching the series’ films during their stay. There is another living room with a chess board ready for play.

The mansion’s outdoor areas include a saltwater pool, a gazebo, an outdoor fireplace, and an outdoor pizza oven.

The residence, which was used in the film as the exterior of Vito Corleone’s home, can be rented by up to five people for the month of August for $50 per night.
