He is receiving military training this month. New photos released by the Belgian palace show the heir to the throne wearing a camouflage uniform, face painted, holding a gun and training at the Royal Military Academy summer camp.
The training takes place throughout July and allows trainees to gain skills and knowledge in patrolling and leadership techniques. In addition, participants are tested on how they can manage stress and fatigue during grueling ground exercises.
The princess graduated from the Academy in 2021 after studying social and military sciences for a year. She is currently enrolled at Lincoln College, Oxford. It was recently announced that her younger brother, Prince Gabriel, will also follow in her footsteps at the military college, according to the Tatler report.
