The mansion where Hebe Camargo (1929-2012) rested from the routine of recording on the coast of São Paulo is for sale. A realtor is advertising the property, including a video showing the main corners of the house, for R$ 18 million.
According to Cauê Matsumo, the presenter used to use the house “as a refuge on her breaks and vacations”. “The house belonged to one of her family members and, during her life, Hebe always appreciated the moments to relax in contact with nature and surrounded by her family”, she says.
The property faces the beach of Tabatinga, inside a luxury condominium in Caraguatatuba (north coast). The land has 800 square meters, with 360 square meters of built area.
The house no longer belongs to Hebe’s family. However, Matsumo says that there are still “personal decoration items and the many stories and happy moments spent by the diva in each of the rooms of this true masterpiece”.
With 3 suites on the ground floor, the property has an entrance hall with double height ceilings, a winter garden and a living room with two rooms. On the second floor, there are two suites and a balcony overlooking the leisure area and the sea.
Outside, there is a swimming pool and an elevated spa, as well as an integrated gourmet leisure area. The planned kitchen, as well as pantry and laundry are separated from the rest of the property.
