One of the longest active sports journalists in the country -his career began in 1954, as a field reporter for TV Paulista- the announcer Silvio Luiz, 88, declared his vote on social media, and drew attention when he made a comment last night. Thursday (18).
Author of catchphrases “Olho no lanceeeee!”, “For the love of my children” and “For the beards of the prophet”, Silvio said on Twitter that he had just received a call from Jair Bolsonaro (PL), and that the president, “with that humility you know”, he talked to him about football “and also about what could happen if the people don’t have the sense to vote”.
He concluded: “That’s why I am “two ducklings in the pond”, he wrote, referring to the number of the Liberal Party. When contacted by F5, Silvio replied: “I don’t talk about politics”. In another message, he stated that his position “already is taken, everyone knows what it is, end of story”.

“I have good old PT friends, but that doesn’t stop me from going to their house and they to mine. I don’t stop having lunch or dinner with them, each with their ideas and concepts,” he wrote.
